Tabasco Chili, which scientific name is Capsicum frutescens, variety of capsicum frutescens, an arbust of the family of Solanaceae, originary from the mexican state of Tabasco. Spicy chili is demanded and processed by the industry for the elaboration of pickles, completely or by stripes, frozen, dehydrated, spicy, canned, pastas and sauces. Also a very important use is as raw material for obtaining colorants, cinthinesins and biological insecticides.
